Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

Grapes & Grains is committed to ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of fine wines and spirits to our customers. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery requirements, and customer responsibilities.

Legal Representations & Customer Responsibility

We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import any alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. You warrant that you are solely responsible for the transport of the purchased products and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of bringing the products to your chosen destination. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years old, and that the person to whom products will be delivered is also at least 21 years old. The person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Shipping Availability & Rates

Important Notice: The regulatory environment for shipping alcohol to consumers nationwide is an extremely complex and ever changing landscape. The rules around where we can and can’t ship are changing constantly along with the shipping rates. The list of states in our drop down menu at checkout are not representative of where we can legally ship. Please submit your order and our processing team will check it for compliance. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you.

  2. Click on checkout
  3. Fill in the ship to state and zip code on the checkout page
  4. Press enter to view available services and rates

Age Verification Requirements

  • All recipients must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo identification
  • An adult signature is required for all deliveries
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Orders may be refused or returned if age verification cannot be completed

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be processed the following business day
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
  • Our team will review each order for shipping compliance
  • We will contact you if there are any issues with shipping to your location

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, you must email support@ggmerchants.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Order Number

Please note: Phone cancellations cannot be accepted. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM local time
  • Weekend deliveries are not available
  • Someone 21+ must be present to accept delivery
  • After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to sender
  • We recommend shipping to a business address when possible

Insurance & Shipping Protection

  • Shipping insurance is only available when selected at checkout
  • We strongly recommend adding shipping protection to your order
  • Orders shipped without insurance are sent at the customer’s risk

Damaged Items

  • Damage claims must be reported immediately with photos
  • Email support@ggmerchants.com with order number and photos of damage
  • Replacement products will be shipped when available
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
  • Claims without photographic evidence cannot be processed

Returns & Failed Deliveries

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages
  • For orders returned to sender (due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or inability to verify age), refunds will be processed:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
    • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
    • Refund will be processed once the order is received back at our facility
  • Refunds will be issued for:
    • Damaged products (with documentation)
    • Orders cancelled prior to shipping
    • Orders we cannot fulfill due to shipping restrictions
