Refund Policy

At Grapes & Grains, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products and applicable regulations regarding alcoholic beverages, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
General Policy
- Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered
- All sales are final once delivery is accepted and signed for
- Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances outlined in this policy
Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue refunds in the following cases:
- Order Cancellation Prior to Shipping
- Damaged Products (with required documentation)
- Failed Delivery Attempts
- Non-Compliant Shipping Destinations
- Out of Stock Items
Refund Process & Fees
For orders returned to sender:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refund will be processed once the order is received back at our facility
Damaged Products
To request a refund for damaged products:
- Document damage with clear photos immediately upon receipt
- Email support@ggmerchants.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of damage
- Description of issue
- If product can be replaced, a replacement will be shipped
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
- Claims without photographic evidence cannot be processed
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order:
- Email support@ggmerchants.com with:
- Full Name
- Shipping Address
- Order Number
- Phone cancellations cannot be accepted
- Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled
- Cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
Undeliverable Orders
For orders that cannot be delivered due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect address
- Age verification issues
- Shipping compliance issues
A refund will be processed minus:
- Original shipping fees
- 5% restocking fee
Payment Method & Processing Time
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Additional time may be required for your bank to process the refund
